Binge-Worthy Shows to Add to Your List: Part 1

There are so many streaming platforms, many putting out original content, it’s hard to keep up with all the great shows out there. If you’re looking for some new binge-worthy options to add to your watch list, check out these suggestions from our employees in this two-part series. Here’s what some of the guys responded with. Binge-Worthy Shows Brett Blake, Service Technician

Brett likes a variety of shows. A few of his favorites are in the crime, drama, and thriller genres, including Ozark -- An American crime drama about a married couple who relocate their family to the Ozarks following a money laundering scheme gone wrong; Longmire -- This contemporary crime thriller focuses on a Wyoming sheriff who’s rebuilding his life and career following the death of his wife; Peaky Blinders -- Features a notorious gang in 1919 in Birmingham, England; Breaking Bad -- A high school chemistry teacher dying of cancer teams with a former student to secure his family’s future by manufacturing and selling drugs; The Walking Dead -- In the wake of a zombie apocalypse, survivors hold on to the hope of humanity by banding together to wage a fight for their own survival; You -- A dangerously charming, intensely obsessive young man goes to extreme measures to insert himself into the lives of those he is transfixed by.

Brett also recommends comedies like The Ranch -- Being a pro athlete didn't pan out for Colt. Now he's helping his dad and brother keep the ranch afloat, and figuring out how he fits into the family; The Office -- This hit comedy chronicles the foibles of disgruntled office workers – led by deluded boss Michael Scott – at the Dunder Mifflin paper company; and Cheers -- Sam Malone, an ex-baseball player turned bar owner, operates a saloon that’s always filled with quirky customers and even more eccentric staff.

Binge-Worthy Shows Jacob Hamilton, Customer Service Specialist

Jacob likes comedies. His favorite is The Orville (available on Hulu). He says, “If you like Star Trek, you will most likely love this show; it is very much in the spirit of Star Trek with more comedy.” Jacob’s second favorite is streaming Eureka – about a small town with big secrets – on Amazon Prime, saying, “This show has a great story and great comedy in it.” And finally, he recommends, Parks & Recreation (available on Netflix and Hulu), adding, “This show is just a classic. There are seven seasons and it is one of my all-time favorites; it is just hilarious!”

Binge-Worthy Shows Cole Richardson, Service Technician

Cole also likes The Ranch, Breaking Bad, and Ozark. He adds Hart of Dixie -- About Dr. Zoe Hart, a New Yorker who, after her dreams of becoming a heart surgeon fall apart, accepts an offer to work as a general practitioner in the fictional Gulf Coast of Bluebell, Alabama; Outer Banks -- On an island of haves and have-nots, teen John B enlists his three best friends to hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his father’s disappearance; Riverdale -- While navigating the troubled waters of sex, romance, school, and family, teen Archie and his gang become entangled in a dark Riverdale mystery; Yellowstone -- Kevin Costner stars as the patriarch of the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in the U.S.
