COVID-19 Response An Update for SKT Customers

We hope that you are doing well and staying healthy. Recently, Kansas Governor Laura Kelly returned power to the counties to determine any local restrictions related to COVID-19. Given this change, you may be wondering how this affects SKT’s operational plans.

Our service area reaches across seven Kansas counties. While some have kept or modified stay-at-home restrictions, others are still determining how they will move forward.

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities is our top priority. With this in mind, we will continue operating as we have been for the last two months. Our office staff are working remotely to answer questions, process service upgrades and other account changes, and troubleshoot any issues you may experience. To avoid unnecessary exposure, technicians are making repairs and new service installations outside the home or business, guiding customers by phone on anything that needs to be done inside the service location.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our part in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We will notify you as we adjust our business operations.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Sincerely,

SKT Customer Service Team
