COVID-19 Response An Update for SKT Customers
We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. Together, we will get through this difficult time.
At SKT, we are dedicated to putting people first and doing our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the rural communities we serve. With the well-being of our customers and employees in mind, we closed our Clearwater office to the public in March. Although our office will remain closed at this time, we will continue to serve you with additional safety measures in place.
Our office staff are working remotely to answer questions, process service upgrades and other account changes, and troubleshoot any issues you may experience. To avoid unnecessary exposure, technicians are making repairs and new service installations outside the home or business, guiding customers by phone on anything that needs to be done inside the service location.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our part in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We will continue to closely monitor reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state, and local agencies. We will notify you as we adjust our business operations.
