COVID-19 Response An Update for SKT Customers

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities is our top priority. To do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have updated our operational plan, effective April 13:

  • Office Closure: Our office in Clearwater remains closed to the public, and our office staff are working remotely to answer questions, process service upgrades and other account changes, and troubleshoot any issues you may experience.
  • Repairs & Installations: Technicians are making repairs and new service installations in homes with precautions, including masking and social distancing. If preferred, we can complete most repairs and installations outside the home or business, guiding customers by phone on anything that needs to be done inside the service location.

As always, you can call our 24-hour support line at 888.758.8976 or submit a request for a callback online. Payments can be made online, over the phone, by mail, or in the drop box in front of our office at 112 S. Lee, all at no additional charge.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our part in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We will notify you as we adjust our business operations.
