Keeping your information safe is a top priority. Under federal law, our customers have the right to confidentiality of information regarding the telecommunication services to which they subscribe and we have the duty to protect that confidentiality. This information is referred to as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).
For your protection, customers must provide their CPNI password to keep your account secure. If you happen to lose or forget your password, SKT has implemented a back-up authentication method in the form of a secret question and an answer, which was provided by you to SKT. This secret question should prompt you for a response that will allow us to provide you with your password.
