Call Before You Dig

With summer home improvement projects, SKT lines are often cut accidentally, which can lead to unexpected expenses for the homeowner.
SKT Phone and Internet subscribers may be eligible to receive a discount on their monthly SKT bill. Income guidelines and other restrictions apply.

To avoid a disruption of landline phone service during a power outage – and to maintain the ability to connect to 911 emergency services – SKT provides you with a battery for backup power for your voice telephone service at the time of the initial installation at no additional cost.

Kansas Relay is a free 24-hours-a-day service that allows people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or deaf-blind to place and receive telephone calls.

Notice to Telemarketers
Information about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), enacted in 1991, that restricts the making of telemarketing calls and the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages.
