Community Events Carter Sampson Trio at Bartlett Arboretum

Christened “Queen of the Red Dirt Music,” this powerhouse of a singer-songwriter makes her debut on the arboretum’s Loblolly Stage. Arb steward, Robin Macy, met this award-winning composer at a songwriting workshop two years back and was moved by her prowess and passion. In addition to Ms. Sampson’s four acclaimed releases and a vigorous touring schedule, Carter is the founder and director of Oklahoma City’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Camp for Girls.
Gates open at 3 p.m.

$10 tickets at the gate.
